UTC Cancellation Policy:
Written cancellation notices will be accepted through August 13, 2008. After that date, all registrants will be liable for the full fee. All refunds are subject to a 20% processing fee. Written cancellation notices can be emailed to meetings@utc.org [3] or faxed to 202.833.6819. No verbal cancellations will be accepted, this includes voicemail messages.
